Homemade Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

A high protein option for breakfast, that is quick and easy to make. As shown in the picture above, something that I like to pair with this is: 1/2 cup berries + 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt.

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices (30g) ham
  • cheddar cheese: 30g / enough to cover a thin layer over english muffin
  • butter (2 tsp), used for skillet and buttering muffins
  • non-stick spray
