Homemade Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
A high protein option for breakfast, that is quick and easy to make. As shown in the picture above, something that I like to pair with this is: 1/2 cup berries + 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt.

- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 2 slices (30g) ham
- cheddar cheese: 30g / enough to cover a thin layer over english muffin
- butter (2 tsp), used for skillet and buttering muffins
- non-stick spray
