Quick & Convenient Stir Fry
This recipe is highly customizable, so don’t feel the need to make it exactly how I made it.

- 400 g / 1 lb. frozen/fresh meat (eg. chicken breast, turkey, steak)
- 1 pack of 500g Frozen Stir Fry Vegetable Mix
- 1 pack of 250g Quick Rice
- 2 cloves garlic, or 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup diced white onion, or 3 tsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
