3-Ingredient Salsa Cheese Chicken

This recipe is super easy to make – If you have two arms and can roughly measure 1 cup of ingredients, you’re set – and is very tasty.

You can make this recipe in a casserole dish, or a slow cooker. Instructions for both are provided.

Casserole:

Prep: 5 mins  I  Cook time: 33 mins I Total time: 38 mins

Slow Cooker:

Prep: 5 mins  I  Cook time: ~6 hours I Total time: ~ 6 hours

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Optional:

  • Cilantro (garnish)

Notes about recipe:

  • Serve with a side of your choosing (eg. rice)
  • Reduce the amount of cheese if you’re wanting to make this lower cal
