Simple Scrambled Eggs
A good recipe to make for a quick and simple healthy breakfast during the week. Can be up-scaled for more people just keep the ratio’s outlined below the same (2 eggs: 1/4 cup vegetables: 1/4 cup meat: 1/4 cup milk). Given the vagueness of “vegetables” and “meat” this recipe can be adapted to include a lot of different ingredients and taste profiles.

Ingredients
Main Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetables (I usually use bell peppers, green onions, celery, or a combination of these vegetables)
- 70 g meat (eg. 2 slices of ham 1/4 cup chopped up)
